Are you a traveling wedding photographer?
Yes. I'm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but I travel year-round for weddings, elopements, and portrait sessions across the United States and internationally. Roughly half of my calendar each year is destination work — Colorado, Texas, California, Arizona, Florida, New York, Italy, and the UK are the most common.
What states do you photograph weddings in?
I've shot in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Texas, California, Arizona, Florida, New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, Washington, and Oregon — and I'm happy to travel to any US state. If you don't see your state listed, just ask.
Do you travel internationally for weddings?
Yes — I take international bookings every year. The UK, Italy, Mexico, and the Caribbean are my most common international destinations, but I'm open to anywhere. International trips are quoted as flat travel add-ons covering flights, ground transport, lodging, and equipment carnets.
How do you price travel?
Travel is always a flat add-on with no markups on flights or lodging — you see the exact numbers. Domestic US weddings are typically $400–$1,500 in travel; international is quoted per trip based on flights, days on the ground, and visa/carnet requirements.
Will you fly out just for an elopement or engagement session?
Absolutely. Many of my favorite shoots have been small elopements in Colorado, Sedona, and Big Sur. There's no minimum collection size required to book travel — if you want me there, I'll be there.
