When should I book a Minneapolis newborn photographer?

Studio gives controlled warm lighting, professional wraps, and posed swaddled images — best for classic newborn portraits. In-home lifestyle sessions capture your real nursery, your sheets, your dog, and you holding your baby — softer, more documentary. I offer both across Minneapolis & St. Paul.
Is it safe for my baby?
Always — I'm trained in safe newborn posing. Many "impossible" newborn poses are composites of two safe shots merged in post. Baby is always supported by a parent or spotter, and the studio is kept at 80°F with sound-machine white noise to keep them calm.
What if my baby cries or won't sleep during the session?
Completely normal. Sessions are scheduled for 2.5–3 hours so we have plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and diaper breaks. Babies decide the pace; I just follow it. Most sleep deeply for at least 30 of the 90 active minutes.
When will I get my newborn photos?
Sneak peeks within 48 hours — perfect for the birth announcement. Full edited gallery in 2 weeks. Heirloom album add-ons ship within 4 weeks of gallery approval.
