What's included in a couples/engagement session?
Every session includes 45–60 minutes of shooting, wardrobe guidance, a private online gallery with 40–60 edited images, and print-ready high-resolution downloads. Engagement sessions booked with a wedding package include a complimentary planning call.
When is the best time for engagement photos in Minneapolis?
Golden hour — about an hour before sunset — gives the warmest, most flattering light. Fall is incredibly popular for the stunning foliage, but spring blossoms and summer greenery are equally gorgeous.
Can we bring our dog to the session?
Absolutely! Pets are part of the love story. I recommend having someone who can help wrangle them for a few shots so you can also have photos of just the two of you.
What should we wear?
I recommend coordinating but not matching. Soft, neutral tones photograph beautifully, and I'll send a detailed style guide after booking to help you plan outfits.
Where do you shoot couples sessions?
Anywhere in the Twin Cities! Popular spots include Stone Arch Bridge, Lake Harriet, Boom Island, Minnehaha Falls, and Summit Avenue. I'm also happy to shoot at a location that's meaningful to you.
